Starving isn't so bad sometimes, I wish I wouldn't love food so much. I lost 5kg with that last year and then I stopped ha ha so I gained another 2kg but whatever right. I'm probably never gonna starve myself again. I want abs (impossible) and i want a nice ass (too lazy for squats). I hate running but I'm gonna make it a routine to run once a week again, just like back in 2011. Doing this for myself. I can do this. Keep fit this month! :-)
p/s: sigh all these internal battles, emotionally and mentally I want them to stop.
